Coley and his wife, Melissa, started Johnson Land and Demolition, LLC in 2022. Coley’s love for operating equipment began after high school when he started working for the Louisiana DOTD. This is where he first learned to operate several different types of equipment. After a successful career with LA DOTD and working in the business on the side, Coley retired to pursue Johnson Land and Demolition, LLC full-time (because his wife wasn’t going to let him sit on the porch and drink sweet tea all day;).

The Johnsons truly enjoy enhancing property and cleaning up their community. With Coley out in the field and Melissa taking care of the finances and books, Johnson Land and Demolition LLC is ready to serve you.
